We were approached by a client—the nicest couple ever—to design their weekend getaway home in the Czech Republic. They wanted a cozy 3+1 layout with enough space to host friends and family, and a living area that opens up to a stunning panoramic view. The brief was simple: comfort, warmth, and a strong connection to the landscape. We set out to create a retreat that feels grounded and serene—an escape from the city, yet deeply rooted in its surroundings.
