Mediating between iconic form and human scale, our buildings feature a bold, stepped, mirrored design, characterized by facades that talk to the surrouding cityscape. The facades display a modern, geometric aesthetic, with large, evenly spaced windows and angular edges. Thoughtfully integrated into the urban fabric, the buildings align harmoniously with nearby structures while adhering to local height restrictions.
The design allows for complete freedom in the configuraion of internal spaces allowing the division of the rental spaces for more tenants. The adaptibility of the layout ensures that the spaces can be easily tailored to the changing needs of the users, fostering a dynamic and effective work environment.
Our proposal constituates a lively urban environmnent for the different user types inhabiting the new Florenc quarter. On the one hand, we create large sunny terraces on both buildings by manipulating the required volume. At the same time, we introduce passages that link the railway promenade to the new street and open the courtyard of block B.03. In the B.05 block, the terraces will be collective, complemeting the micro apartments typology. In contrast, in block B.03 they will endow the larger apartments with ample open spaces, transforming them into roof villas.
