Molo Šírava

The design concept is based on the need to provide the missing infrastructure that would enhance the area’s recreational potential and encourage visitors to stay. We propose the promenade as a connecting route with recreational facilities. Along its route, we define specific areas, introduce activities and functions, and create an engaging environment.

Along the promenade, we are creating seating under the trees and a picnic area on wooden platforms. At the junction of the promenade and the extension of the existing footpath, we are installing a pier with space for sunbathing and easy access to the water. On the grassed area further away from the promenade, we propose installing a public outdoor gym. Along the access path, we are placing a multifunctional, closable pavilion with retractable walls, allowing it to be used even in winter.
